Does Biscoff still make the whole grain cookies?
Unfortunately we no longer offer Multi Grain Biscoff cookies.
I wish you still carried the multi-grain. It was the only cookie I bought.
Hi Georgette, unfortunately we had to discontinue Multi Grain Biscoff due to a recent recipe change, we all were sad to discontinue our beloved cookies, they were in our catalog for over 15 years. We no longer could guarantee freshness up to 6 months for this item. Hope you will find a new favorite among the Lotus Bakeries baked goods.
I could not find a contact email on your website for this request. Please remove deceased customer from all mailings.

Thanks,
We will delete this customer from our system. We apologize for any trouble we might have caused.
I am wondering how I request missing US Airways mileage credit? I received my order (Fantastic quality) but have not been credited with the miles as of yet.
Thanks for your help and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Please call us at 800-422-2924 and give us your order number so a customer service rep can look at your order and make sure we have your frequent flier number. If you choose to contact us via email, please email us at customerservice@biscoff.com and include your order number if you have it if not your first and last name so we can locate your order in our sytem
I was trying to find a contact email. Does Biscoff do donations? I am a volunteer on a an event for kids with cancer and am looking for donations to put in the kids goodie bags that they receive. I can send a donation packet with an in-kind donor form.
Please send your request to us at idil@biscoff.com. We already reached our budget this year but we can consider your request for 2011. thank you.
Are your products kosher?
Hi Irene, no our cookies are not Kosher.
What happened to the Nutri-Go cookies? They were my favorites! Now there is really nothing I want to order anymore.
NutriGo cookies are unfortunately discontinued by Lotus Bakeries. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Last week (maybe even a few more day than that) I ordered a package of cookies for a Christmas gift – to this date I still have not even received a confirmation. As this is my first order I am very disapointed in service.
Your Biscoff cookies ARE kosher! the original ones are anyway, certified in Antwerp by the Rabbis there. That is my understanding. They are sold all over Israel with the sticker.
We don’t care if the Multi Grain Biscuit is fresh for 6 months … just make it 3, specifically advertise it as such and give us our cookie back! =)
Who has the Multi Grain Biscuit around long enough to go stale anyway? I was so glad they removed the transfat… and now they’re just REMOVED!!!
I agree with Anita!!
Are your Biscoff biscuits okay for kids with peanut allergies? I can’t find any allergy information here. Thanks
The contain no nuts and are processed in a facility that does not process any nuts, they are absolutely okay for your kid.
many thanks! just what I became in search of .)
Does your Biscoff cookies served in Delta airlines and those available in walmart & walgreens, nut free and manufactured in Nut free equipment?
Thanks
Priya
All Biscoff cookies are nut free and are produced in a facility where no nut products are processed. Biscoff cookies are also vegan!
what Walgreens and Walmarts carry your product?
Is there a listsomewhere?
NO more Multi Grain Biscoff!
This is terrible news. They were the only ones that I liked.
How many would I have to order to make one batch?
maybe you could release the recipe to loyal customers?
Are these the same cookies served on Delta flights? My husband LOVES them
They surely are!
No, they just look like the ones served on Delta flights.
What happened to the Almondine cookies. Waaaaa! They were really good and I’m out.
Joe Foster
Hi Joe, we temporarily ran out of stock and they will be back in stock in October, please make sure to check back our site than. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You make them.
How I buy?
I had these cookies while on my last airplane trip on Delta. I have never tasted anything so delightful. I am ordering today. Thank you for your product.!
Just tried the Biscoff cookies and the Biscoff spread. It is delicious. What stores carry these so I can buy more? Thanks.
Hi Marilyn;

The link for retail locations won’t stay open so it’s useless. Could you please email me what locations are in Florida? Thank you so much!
I was wondering is there any Biscoff cookies made with a raspberry filling or strawberry. I did see that you have an apple and apricot.
On a another note, I was on a Delta flight back in 2009 and I could not get enough of the cookies, so when I got back home I looked up and found your site and been ordering every since. I also have my whole office eating them as well. Thanks!!!!!
Unfortunately we do not have cookies or pastries with Strawbery or Raspberry filling. Thank you for being a Biscoff Fan, we appreciate it!
I would love to have theese in my lunch. I think that you should make to-go packs with the spread on one side and the cookies on the other. Nuttela just started it, but i would prefer Biscoff, because I love it sooooo much!!
If I want the same cookies that are served on Delta flights, which specific cookie do I buy? Thanks.
Here is the link to this cookie, it is our XL size Biscoff. http://www.biscoff.com/DirectionsWEB/webcart_itemBuy.php?itemid=0119

Where can I locate the nutritional information on your cookies?
Thanks.
Never had tasted this until a few weeks ago. They sell it at the store I work at…think they said the average was a couple jars sold a week. I was hired to sell a new product in the store and it was suggested we could serve some with this. I opened a jar. Looked like peanut butter. Tasted it…tastes like “heaven”. Amazing! I sold something like 69 jars one week and about the same last week…they ordered 8 cases last week…lol. Love the look on people’s faces when they first taste it…most everyone says “OH WOW”. Then they continue to lick the spoon. Bravo!
Is your Biscoff spread also made in a facility that is peanut and tree nut free?
[...] Biscoff Spread is a sweet, creamy spread made from Biscoff cookies. I think of Biscoff cookies as the cookies you get when you’re flying on Delta. They’re crisp, buttery, and lightly spiced. A very popular cookie especially in Europe where they’re known as Speculoos. You can use Biscoff spread just like you would Nutella or peanut butter, and you can also bake with it. [...]
I am wondering if you have the potassium and phosphorus contents on you Biscoff spread?
